  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. AI Funding & Investment Disclaimer

Our AI Funding and AI Investment tools use artificial intelligence to analyze data and provide recommendations regarding loan eligibility and investor matching.

  • Information Only: Results provided by our AI tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of funding or investment.

4. TradeCloud & Global Networking

TradeCloud and DIG (Digital Information Gateway) facilitate connections between businesses globally.

  • GoIDC is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers on TradeCloud.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised or the truth or accuracy of the listings.
  • Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into business agreements with contacts made through the platform.

5. User Content

In these Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images, or other material you choose to display on your Web Card or TradeCloud stall. By displaying Your Content, you grant GoIDC a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Some features of GoIDC are paid services. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoIDC, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. GoIDC, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
